Our lives, each of them are made up of moments, whether they are the ordinary moments or the ones that we take with us for a lifetime. For some families, the moments that they hold onto for a lifetime come when their child is faced with a life limiting illness. A photograph of that infant or that child will hold those precious moments of their life still in time ~ a moment paired with memories to hold onto for the rest of a family's life.

Moment by Moment is a non-profit organization of professional photographers who will provide portraits for families of children with a life-limiting illness. Our goal is to create lasting memories, capturing the role of families, love and courage in living each day moment by moment.
